Welcome to Cutesto. By accessing, browsing or purchasing from cutesto.com (the "Site"), you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Cutesto, a sole proprietorship owned by Manisha Pal, with its registered address at House No. B-101, Arjun Park, Najafgarh Road, Nangli Sakrawati, New Delhi, Delhi 110043, India (GSTIN: 07DGYPP8063D1ZQ). Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cutesto.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours and finishes as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Product availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, store credit or a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, a pricing error, or a bulk or reseller purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and we do not store your card details on our servers.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Product care and safety

Our charms and accessories are decorative items. They contain small parts, beads and chains, are not toys, and should be kept away from children under three years of age. Avoid contact with water, perfume and harsh chemicals to keep the finish looking its best. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or care.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including product photographs, text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Cutesto and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, resell or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to transmit any harmful code. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

12. Partial payment orders

Where an order is placed using a partial payment option, the amount paid online at checkout is an advance against the order total and is adjusted in your final bill. If the order cannot be delivered for a reason attributable to you — including refusal of the parcel, refusal to pay the balance to the delivery agent, an incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address, or being unavailable across all delivery attempts — the advance is not refundable. If the order cannot be delivered for a reason attributable to us, the advance is refunded in full. Our Return and Refund Policy sets this out in detail.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one currently in effect, and your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
