Wondering where your Cutesto parcel has reached? Here is the quickest way to find out.
1. Use the tracking link we sent you
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we send your tracking number and courier partner details by email, SMS and WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active. If the link shows no movement yet, it usually just means the courier has not scanned the parcel in.
2. Check your account
If you were signed in when you placed your order, every order and its current status is listed in your account.

How long delivery usually takes
We pack and dispatch within 1-2 business days of your order being confirmed, and standard delivery takes 5-8 business days from dispatch. Remote or rural PIN codes may take 2-3 business days longer. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
